I . Being raised and spending most if not all his time outside besides the days that he has lessons with the Favonius librarian Lisa , Razor would undoubtedly have much darker skin . Not only this but certain parts of his body , namely his ears and nose would have a constant red hue to them due to the harsh winters he endures with his pack .II . Razor has very sharp and large canines , changing to be so as his diet consists mainly of bore meat . That is to also say his teeth have yellowed considerably from the years of not brushing them , although this is attempting to be changed by Lisa .III . Razor compared to others in the Mondstadt region has very noticeable eye bags , so much so that no matter how much or how long he sleeps they are constantly there . This being caused by his reluctancy to sleep after the events that granted him his vision .. he fears that his family may be hurt again if he isn't awake to protect them .
